职位描述：
主要职责：
1.负责完成公司服务的推广销售工作；
2.通过各种渠道等方式开发新客户；
3.挖掘、开发目标客户，独立完成客户的跟进与维护及售后的相关协调工作。

职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
2.有较强的个人业务拓展能力，房地产、物业管理、酒店、大型企业行政后勤等经验或资源者优先考虑；
3.具备良好的语言表达、沟通及协调能力、有团队协作精神；
4.责任心强，对工作有较高的热情，愿意与企业共同发展。
