Regional Project Mananger
Tasks and responsibilities
Achievement of project sales targets through
1,Identify project channels and appropriate partners
2,Devise geographic and other priorities and approaches to regional market
3,Ensure all activities are complementary to (not in conflict with) retail work.
Contribute to, adapt and execute Chinese project and showroom strategies.
Give functinal leadership to regional project team.they report on a dotted line.
Ensure core Grohe sales processes and practices are executed flawlessly across region.
Requirements
Education:
1,May have degree, capable of working in a moderately complex selling environment (multi channel, multi product, complex products etc).
2,May be less educated but with more experience.
3,Formal training in retail sales principles and practices.
Experience:
1,Worked as a sales man in a leading edge, branded retail organisation for 2+ years.
2,Experience of working closely with marketing functions and adopting best practice.
Competence
Commercially savvy, astute in negotiations..
Capable of understanding national sales and marketing strategies and applying to daily work
Highly results driven, impeccable integrity and work ethics including an ability to work with moderate supervision.
Good time manager, for example organising sales routing.
Experience of operating using well-developed and articulated business processes. In particular, understands principles of a structured sale/key account call.
