The Shop Manager is responsible for the setup and day-to-day operations of the Bonbonbins Shop.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Setup of the Retail store as briefed by Management including displays, product stock and secure storage
2. Monitoring Retail operations, follow-up and initiate corrective actions where necessary ?
3. Hiring, rostering, management and training of shop staff ?
4. Motivating the shop team to consistently delivering a quality buying experiences to customers
5. Managing budgets and financial goals set by Management
6. Implement new product launches / promotions / events in the shop
7. Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and trends for best practices within the Shop
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in the Retail sector with proven experience in managing staff, budgets and goals.
2. Fluent in Chinese with general English a strong benefit
WORKING OBLIGATIONS
All staff undergo a company training seminar to fully understand Bonbonbin’s expectations, company background, and product overview.
When required, the Shop Manager will attend Team meetings to share and review shop operations, learning’s, new initiatives, challenges and future events.

We ask that every Bonbonbins staff member act with integrity both during and outside work hours. There is zero tolerance for misconduct, and anyone who violates the company’s core values will be subject to dismissal.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
Bonbon Bin’s full time Shop Manager position will begin with a base salary
After the mandatory (2) two-month probation period, the base salary will increase,pending individual performance.
In addition to the monthly salary, Bonbonbins will provide an additional commission incentive per sale completion.
The structure will be as follows*:
Sales Over 80,000 3%
50,000-79,999 2%
35,000-49,999 1%
Sales Under 35,000 0%
*Please note commission structure is subject to change on a year to year basis according to annual revenue.
CANCELLATION & VACATION POLICY
New Team members have the right to cancel the agreement pending a two week (14 business day) notice prior to departure.
All staff must also give a minimum 20-day warning before taking a time of work off for vacation, unless all goals and monthly obligations have already been met.
If the Team member fails to do so, Bonbonbins will be eligible to withhold any pending transactions until all previously instructed responsibilities have been filled to Bonbonbins’ standard.
