职位描述：
Tasks:
- Strategic and operative factory planning for clients (bus producer);
- Production process understanding for press-shop; body-shop; painting-shop; power train and assembly shop;
- Production/Logistics/Quality Management planning and/or optimization with consideration of Lean Principle;
- Calculation ability for Production/Logistics to evaluate object capacity or bottle neck;
- Preparation production process layout drawings for clients with Visio; CATIA; CAD or MicroStation;
- Robots/Automation solutions for welding; painting and assembly production process;
- Good knowledge of new energy vehicle (E-cars);
- Good knowledge of E-cars production, especially for 3-E (Battery; E-engine and electrical control units);
- MEP design and interface agreement between construction and production equipment;
- Interface between customer user departments, equipment suppliers and construction design institute;
- Developing project structures and project timing schedules (incl. capacity and cost planning);
- Project reporting;
- Documentation and recording of factory planning calculation, drawings and equipment files;

Candidate profile:
- University degree with mechanical engineering; civil engineering or other comparable qualification;
- At least 5 years’ experience for production operation, preferable in bus/truck/passenger cars or other industries;
- At least 3 years’ experience for production planning;
- Learning aptitude;
- Understanding of new factory planning and current factory extension projects;
- Experience of construction and equipment procurement process; technical sourcing; quality assurance;
- Experience with building realization; equipment installation on-site;
- Familiar to work with different suppliers;
- Project Management & Steering skills;
- Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, SAP, Auto CAD or MicroStation;
- Chinese and English skill as must, German is a plus;
- Good communication and intercultural skills;
- Self-assertion and flexibility to work on different sites at customer’s location;
- Team player;
