Project
? Actively identify, initiate and take lead in projects to optimize payroll / operation process cross GC.
Payroll
? Manage and supervise the monthly payroll cross GC, in a timely and accurate manner.
? Liaise with the outsourced provider for calculation of tax and insurance contributions.
? Assist in the co-ordination of the annual salary review ensuring that decisions made by line managers are correctly actioned in payroll.
Benefits Management
? Benefits scheme implementation & enhancement for all employee populations (including IA and Local Hired Foreigners).
? Work with Rewards team to coordinate the annual renewal of benefits contracts (i.e. Medical Insurance, AD&D contracts).
Data base and HR Information System Management
? As the owner of HR Information System (SAP, Platinum, etc.), continuously improve and optimize systems implementation in GC.
? Work closely with HR Business Partners and other counterparties (such as Finance, etc.) to ensure all data and all changes are accurately recorded in systems.
HR Records
? Create and manage the personnel files for all employees and ensure all required documents are filed accordingly.
? Create and monitor employee’s attendance record, ensure the records are accurately reflected in payroll.
Labour Contract and Employment Management
? Responsibility for the employment cycle from hire to retire, including labour contract preparation, follow up the probationary/contract renewal, etc.
International Assignees / local Hired Foreigners
? Coordinate with the out sourced provider the visa applications procedures for all new and existing holders of ‘work’ visas, to ensure legally employment of foreigners in Beijing.
? Administrate IA’s house leasing, car rental, schooling, etc. in Beijing, and coordinate the EBT cases to ensure the good tracking of all the EBTs in Farm.
? Manage the setup of new International Assignees on the monthly payroll ensuring they are paid correctly and efficiently.
C&B Data Analysis
? Generate ad hoc reports (i.e. C&B survey, payroll, costs analysis) when required.
任职要求:
? Bachelor
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll management
? Have HR information system administration experience, such as SAP, Platinum, etc.
? Good command of both oral and written English
? Basic Tax and Labour law
