The position will entail the following responsibilities but not limited to:
Identify potential bar, hotel, and restaurant clients and establish contacts within those venues
Keep detailed notes of client interactions, and use those notes to keep an updated internal client database
Leverage client relationships and client database to identify and execute product sales opportunities
Independently organize and execute product tastings for clients in the Sarment office or in accounts
Actively communicate with clients via WeChat, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to maintain a positive relationship and an active community presence
Quickly and accurately receive and process client sales orders
Communicate with the China and Singapore logistics teams to track international order shipments and relay delivery details to clients
Carefully manage A/R collection with each account
Follow up after deliveries to ensure client satisfaction with goods and services
Work with the Finance team to write and edit sales and services contracts in Chinese and English for key clients
Maintain an active interest and a detailed knowledge of all core products to excite and inform clients during tastings and sales meetings
Actively communicate with partnering Spirits Evangelist to develop and execute weekly sales strategies
Work with partnering Spirits Evangelist to plan and execute successful client trainings, cocktail events, and brand marketing activities
Collaborate with the Sarment wine team to identify and achieve cross-portfolio sales opportunities
Carefully maintain a shared team database of critical files such as client databases and internal price lists
Arrange and host market visits for management, spirits partners, or other VIPs visiting Shanghai when necessary
Actively and accurately communicate critical business information to appropriate departments
