Job Description

?Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing process, including:

?Assembly and testing process capability and consistency

?Failure analysis for yield hitters and reliability issues

?Post-ramp qualification and new process implementation

?Works together with the design engineering team and manufacturing partner to drive design solutions, increase line efficiency, and control product quality. Act as abridge for technical issues when required between Apple engineering team and the vendors.

?Structure and execute DOEs to identify root cause and eliminate quality defects. Strong focus on cosmetic quality is required.

?Earlyinvolvement in new product engineering builds, assist in reviewing production process and fixtures from manufacturing perspectives.

Education / Experiences

(1)BS degree in Electrical Engineering or mechanical engineering related degrees, with good knowledge of general manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, schematics, specs, test methods;

(2)8+ years design or production experiences for the accessory module in handsetor electronic appliances with understanding on other precise assembly processes, such as electrically conductive adhesive or glue applications are welcomed. Familiar with handset products is preferable.

(3)Good spoken and written English with proficient Mandarin.

(4)Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with capability to workindependently and under pressure.

(5)Willing to work independently and travel frequently upon request (mainly inAsia).

(6)Willing to work from OEM factories in Shenzhen/ Shanghai;

(7)Self-motivated, result oriented & team player;
