1. 控制和及时更新中国中区店铺的陈列终端。
2.有效的联系供应商，控制陈列成本和确认付款等环节。
3.零售店铺和经销商有效控制，使用一致的陈列道具，在陈列效果上达到一致
4.及时更新店铺的货品陈列，平面规划，道具展示和其他展示项目（静态展、橱窗、商场展示等），定期更新陈列报告
5.定期对负责区域做评估和回复，管理陈列人员和团队
6.在GUESS ASIA的指导下，准备陈列培训和更新季节性的陈列参考
7. 在GUESS ASIA的指导下，将最新的陈列信息传达到所有负责店铺和区域
8.定期更新店铺陈列照片作为报告
9.收集市场信心，提高陈列意识和水平


1 Coordinate and control the consistence and timely update of display vision of Central China
2 Charge the purchase of display materials and contact with vendors; Collect and handle payment and
　invoice ; ensure the quality and price superiority of display materials.
3 Charge the design and order of advertising materials for display as well as the subsequent payment
　for franchisees and shanghai retail shop; report regularly the details of materials.
4 Charge the indoor merchandise display, layout, product show and brand image design
　(space, windows, display, etc.); Check the brand image. Update the latest image photo as report.
5 Be responsible for the monitor and assesement of display image of all shops in defferent zone.
6 Prepare the VM training materials and update the display brochure according to the season's
　display requirement of Guess Asia.
7 Transfer the latest VM information related to Guess to shops and send back the feedback
　photos to Guess Asia.
8 Update in-time the list and photo of shops.
9 Collect market information and related information of other brand competitors
