Job Responsibility:
1. Sales order processing and management
? Receive sales order & request from customer & distributor and create order in SAP accurately and timely
? Updated relevant delivery information by providing the accurate customer information & guidance especially on the special request from the customer
? Track order fulfillment status and timely report to relevant department to cater for customer requirement
? Coordinate urgent order requirements to ensure timely delivery
? Accountable for timely resolution of issues within service level agreements and compliance parameters.
2. Interface among customer, sales and logistic function
? Maintain regular contact with sales and related function teams, and assist in the resolution of customer queries
? Communicate with customers at regular interval to realize the customer request on products and service
? Conduct customer satisfactory survey and customer visit at regular interval with effective methods, to enhance the mutual communication between customers and Supply Chain
? Maintain customer database with accurate and timely updating to capture customer’s special request
3. Pending order and fail order management
? Monitor pending order and clear timely, assist in OTIF report analysis to find root cause and solution on fail order.
4. Customer complaint handling
? Handle customer complaints timely and communicate with customer to seek effective solution to mitigate the poor impact
5. STO execution for RDC DRP
Job Requirement:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? 3 years work experience with customer service or supply chain related is preferable.
? Experience in SAP is preferable.
? Proficient in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word.
? Strong communication and collaboration skill.
? Team player, able to prioritize and manage multi tasks.
? Maintain and develop sound relationship with cross function team.
? Sound problem solving skills that can handle complexities within deadlines.
? Good command of both oral and written English.
