职位描述：
This incumbent is to attend the technical services for BARCO group equipment and products. Such services will include pre-sales support, installations, trouble-shooting, repair, preventive maintenance, upgrading, and other technical services. Perform diagnose, troubleshoot, service and fix all technical issues; follow proper instructions through service manuals, and verbally from specialists of Belgium and other manufacturing plants, team leaders, senior technicians and other more experienced engineers/technicians. Prepare service orders, service reports, and other administrative records as required. Ensure equipment installed or serviced meeting design and safety specifications. Frequent travel required.

Responsibilities
1. Externally offer 2nd layer technical support to business partner, and/or end user.
2. Field service for repair, trouble shooting, and other technical support required by customer
3. Field installation and also Implementation management for small project.
4. Pre-sales technical support including demo, road-show, exhibitions support and other special tasks.
5. Training and Skills transfer with selected business partner.
6. Performance management to selected business partner
7. Being local technical contact person and work with HQ for escalation and cross region support.

Qualifications and Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following:
Education and Certifications
? Bachelor degree in a computer related field, such as programming, computer science, engineering or similar
? CCNP/HCNP and/or MCSE certified, CCIE is preferred,
? Proficiency skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
? At least 5 years relevant working experience.
? Profound knowledge of one or more of the following areas
? C/C++/Java/Linux/Networking Apache/MySQL
? Hands-on experience in Router and Switch
? Hands-on experience in Computer or Electronic hardware repair

? Analytical Skills: look at complicated network systems to find flaws or room for improvement.
? Attention to Detail: Create complex blueprints for communication networks, and make sure the systems will work together.
? Leadership Skills: Network engineers may be a leader of other engineers to create the network.
? Organizational Skills: Sometimes many different networks come together at once. Keeping them all organized will take skill.
? Teamwork
