职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ 1.Classroom/workshop face-to-face delivery of Body & Paint Core technical training and certification assessment programmers.
？ 2.Administration of pre/post course or assessment documentation and feedback.
？ 3.Administration of Body & Paint training and assessment materials.
？ 4.Management of new Body & Paint training courses and materials development based on product developments, systems and requirements for the China market and coordination with Porsche German and local Body & Paint training suppliers.
？ 5.Lead Body & Paint training and certification assessment events as required.
？ 6.Administration of Body & Paint training and assessment materials.
？ 7.Support projects being core to the Porsche China strategic programmers.

Requirements:
？ 1.Bachelor degree
？ 2.More than 6 years relative working experience. At least 1years leadership experience and 2 years working experience in multinational company
？ 3.Presentation skills, training facilitation skills
？ 4.Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent
？ 5.Familiar with MS Office
？ 6.Fluent in both oral and written English & Chinese
