职位描述：
Job Purpose/工作目标：
Maintain a safe, productive, and comfortable environment by managing daily office operations, supplies, and by supporting all office employees and customers that come to the office to enjoy the IQAir China office environment.
主要负责来访客户接待，协助管理日常办公运营和供给，让所有到访的客户和公司员工在艾可爱尔中国享受一个安全，高效，舒适的办公环境。

Responsibilities/工作职责：
Answering phones and taking messages as needed.
接听前台电话并根据需求留言。
Ensure company office environment clean and tidy, be responsible for public area facility and make the repairing request.
确保公司办公环境干净整洁，负责公共区域设施的报修。
Greeting and providing directions or information to visitors.
接待来访者并为其提供信息和引导。
Assist to arrange business trip, including tickets and hotel reservations, taxi etc.
协助安排商务旅行，包括机票、酒店预定、出租车等。
Meeting room reservation and coordination.
会议室的预定与协调。
Assist in other administrative duties and tasks arranged by the company.
协助完成公司安排的其他行政工作和任务。

Qualification/职位要求:
College education with 1-2 years related working experience in MNC is preferred; Qualified new graduate is also welcomed.
大专以上学历，有1-2年相关工作经验者优先，同时也欢迎出色的应届毕业生。
Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented.
优秀的沟通技巧和客户服务意识。
An upbeat, energetic, positive, and professional attitude.
具备乐观、活力、积极、和专业的工作态度。
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment .
具备在一个快节奏的工作环境中处理多个任务的能力。
Familiar with Office software include word, excel and PowerPoint etc.
熟悉办公软件包括word、excel和PowerPoint等。
