职位描述：
1.Forecast and BU estimate
(1)Based on ERP forecast input by CSOs, master planner makes analysis and company level capacity planning, which is from month one onwards.
(2)Levelling the quarterly work order when there is high fluctuation or demand beyond the capacity, and balance the resources accordingly
(3)Support management in creating long term strategic business and capacity planning
(4)Participate in quotation process, and make capacity investment plan
Production planning
2. Analyse and present critical production bottlenecks, make recommendations to management for decision making and actions on resources (man, machine and materials) constraints.
System setup and parameter maintenance
3. Set up the required system parameters in ERP system for factory and general level production, with the support by process engineers and production supervisors, and be responsible for on-going update and the accuracy of the data
All other activities given by the superiors
4. Manage the planning team and material control team
5. Develop the master planning process and Production planning process and planning tool.
6. Setup the demand modelling with D/SCM team.
7. Lead manufacturing flow optimization work.
8. Lead BI development in manufacturing.

任职要求：
1. Good knowledge of production planning / master planning skills, at least 3 years working experiences on this area.
2. Basic understanding of EMS industry. Exposure in a large scale manufacturing environment will be an added advantage;
3.Strong communication skills and good oral & written English skills.
4. Basic understanding of material management.
5. Good knowledge of ERP.
6. Very familiar with MS office, especially on Excel
7. Bachelor degree or above
8. Strong leadership management skills.
