Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Along with these identified below, other duties may be assigned.
? Develop and Win the business of Setra HVAC by Channel, and focus on the channel management.
? Develop the New Channels and SIs for the market share gain of Setra HVAC Product in China
? Grow the business by HVAC system integrator, OEM, and distributor
? Build strong sales funnel, working out regional HVAC sales strategy ,
? New market penetration, and new product promotion, help to building the market intelligence for Setra China.
? Ensure the goals/forecasting are met through implementation of processes, policies, priorities and performance objectives.
Qualifications
? Business morality of honesty, loyalty, dedicate to work, warm - heartedness and open - mindedness are essential.
? Strong execution ability
? Know well of Value Selling and Strong ability of Win customers
? Individual Management, Time Management and result-oriented
? Strong Team Work ability
Education and/or Experience
? Bachelor degree in Instrument or Automation or related field preferred
? 3+ Years Sales Experience preferred
