职位描述：
Overall responsibilities include advising, reviewing, drafting, negotiating on legal agreements related to operations and the supply of goods and services to customers. Such agreements may include, but are not limited to, Master Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, real estate leases, vendor / supply contracts, and other commercial agreements.

Job Description:
? To support the company’s operations and sales activities in China, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
? Drafting, reviewing, interpreting and negotiating contracts such as sales contracts, vendor agreements, service agreements, terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, lease agreements, etc.
? Responsible for evaluating and protecting the company against legal risks.
? Verifying that company’s legal standards are being adopted in contracts signed by NOV and are being followed in company processes and procedures.
? Providing counselling and training to the business on contracts. To assist in negotiating and preparing a broad range of contracts.
? Provide legal advice to our business groups involved in claims and disputes.
? Support M&A activities in the region.
? Any other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:
? PRC qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience working as in-house counsel or law firm.
? Good understanding of the legal jurisdiction in China.
? Fluency in English is important as the role would require to communicate effectively with internal/external mandarin speaking stakeholders.
? Articulate and good drafting skills. Expected to draft and review commercial agreements in both English and Chinese.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate with regional management and senior business clients.
? Independent, competent, accurate, resourceful, able to prioritize, possess effective time management skills.
