职位描述：

1. Bank journal registration and check every day, online banking operation. 每天银行日记账的登记与核对，网银操作。

2.Cash journal registration and check every day,cash inventory at the end of the month. 每天现金日记账的登记、核对，月末现金盘点。

3.Go to the bank to pay the foreign currency, payment of wages and get the bank receipt 去银行付外币，付工资和取银行回单。

4.Go to the bank print bank statements last month, came back scanning, sent to Germany before the 5th every month.每月5号前去银行打印上月银行对账单，回来扫描，发给德国。

5.Update customer invoices database,check of contract .客户开票信息的更新，合同的核对。

6.Send invoicing information table to sales assistant check, Invoicing at least once a week. 发送开票信息表给销售客服确认，每周至少开一次发票。

7.Send invoice, to ensure that customers receive the invoice, our company timely recovery of loans.寄发票，确保客户收到发票，公司及时收回货款。

8.Write the reason about no invoicing last month before the 5th every month, make sure that there is no missing contract .每月5号前填写上月未开票的原因，确保没有遗漏合同。

9. Filling invoice contract and outbound order last month. 整理装订上月开票合同。

10.Others tasks by superior.领导布置的其他工作任务

任职要求：

1.More than 2 years related working experience 2年以上财务相关工作经验

2.College or above, Financial management professional 大专本科及以上学历, 财务管理专业

3.Positive work attitude, good team sprit, timely and efficient 乐观的工作态度，良好的团队精神，及时高效

4.Take responsibility, ability to multi task and priorities work load 责任心强，胜任多任务，分清主次，准确而及时的完成工作任务

5.Respect, trust others. Works with integrity and ethics, confidential sense 尊重、信任他人、诚实守信，良好的职业操守,保密意识强

6.Neatness and tidiness of work habits.工作习惯思路清晰、有条不紊、结果精准。
