It’s an internal specialist serving HR management, line management and employees by providing support for self-service tools, processing transactions, answering employee inquiries and resolving issues within one or multiple HR domain(s).
Key Responsibilities
? Support HRVP to review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
? Support HRVP to manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
? Provide office secretarial and administration support.
? Support HR stakeholders to prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
? Co-ordinate project-based work. Participates in, staffs and assists with various employee engagement projects, events and other activities as needed and as priorities change.
? Manages and develops communication and marketing strategies for corporate or HR projects and initiatives.
? Other tasks arranged by supervisors.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess the following:
Education:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant subject (i.e. Communications, Journalism, HR, Hotel Management) or equivalent by experience
Experience:
- 2-5 years in a similar position within an (inter)national company
Competencies:
- Excellent mastery of communication or marketing skills as well as plan development and execution
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask and meet project deadlines
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being flexible and adaptable
- Ability to supervise external providers and consultants
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Exceptional MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills, experience with graphic design and video editing software a plus
