职位描述：
Tasks and Duties:
1. Execute the compliance of group policy, including matrix approval and risk control.
2. Standard contract review and keep it in line with the group guideline.
3. Monitor and maintain business data (e.g. sales, costs) and ensure data integrity and transparency. Implement planning and forecasting process and schedule, ensure progress on track- all with SAP.
4. Maintain the details and clear of AR/AP in SAP system accurately and timely. Monitoring and optimizing the process of credit control with sales team.
5. AR list distribution and explanation, organize the regular AR review meeting with sales team and support them to collect the outstanding balance of account receivable.
6. Travel expenses review and release in a timely manner. Check the travel reimbursement to be in line with the company travel guideline.
7. Communicate and review with sales team to get the monthly order entry and sales FC.
8. ENSY project cycle starter, to inform the technical/purchasing team timely of the start point of a project according to the contract terms and payment from customers. Communicate with project team and sales team to track the Acceptance Protocol status and plan the invoice date for project accordingly.
9. Perform material cost calculation according group guidelines in SAP for traded products.
10. Support Finance Director with month end closing and reporting to Corporate Finance using SAP COPA and SAP BW.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degrees in Finance or Accounting.
2. Experience in IFRS.
3. Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
4. 5 years’ operational finance experience in an international company with project business at least.
5. Experience with Percentage of completion for large projects.
6. Good knowledge of finance analysis and internal control.
7. Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Experience with SAP FI and CO modules and SAP BW.
8. Good communication skills (written and verbal) both in Chinese and English.
