JOB SPECIFICATION
POST: Music Department Teaching Assistant
SCHOOL: British School of Beijing, Shunyi.
Responsible to: Director of Music

Job Purpose
To assist the Director of Music, primarily with administrative tasks.

KEY TASKS
To update and disseminate information from the Music Department.
To liaise with and communicate with all membersof the school community on behalf of the Music Department.
To organise and maintain Music Department inventory and purchases.
To organise and maintain Music Department documents.
To organise Music Department performances, events and trips.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications/Training
 University Degree or currently enrolled
Experience / Knowledge
1, One or more years in a secretarial post
2,Trained musician or experience in music Skills
3, Ability to use ICT effectively
4, Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
