核查专员 Verification Officer (VO)

Position Purpose Statement职位目的：

To conduct pre-employment screening through verification of employment history, qualifications and professional memberships in a manner consistent with RISQ Group’s processed, procedures Client’s SLA

通过电话、电子邮件、网上数据库查询等方式核实候选人的工作经历、教育背景及其它公共记录，并确保所有核实遵守RISQ的内部质量标准以及相对应客户的服务水平标准。


The Nature and Scope of this Position职位性质：

High level of accuracy and speed in processing requests
Demonstrate a commitment to team work by assisting the Operations team with Employment Screening activities
Perform employment screening tasks in accordance with RISQ Group processes, procedures and policies
Maintain a high level of excellence service and spirit to serve when conducting verifications to ensure clients/candidates and referee (s) have “easy to deal with” and a friendly experience

快速并准确地处理委托任务
重视团队合作，协助运营团队完成背景核查项目
按照RISQ集团的流程、步骤及规定进行日常背景核查
在核查中以高水准的服务水平和精神使得客户、候选人及证明人均获得高效并友好的体验


Position Requirement 职位要求:

College or above
Knowledge of computer software (ie. Microsoft outlook, excel, word etc)
Good written English language skill
Good communication skills
Able to work with constraint of time and resources
Strong sense of responsibility

大专或以上学历
了解办公相关的计算机软件（如Microsoft outlook, excel, word等）
良好的书面英文能力
沟通能力强
具有应对工作压力的能力
责任心强
