职位描述：
1.负责现场施工统筹管理，项目质量把控，项目进度推进，安全及人员调配，全面负责装潢项目工程；　
2.技术支持，参与投标或其他项目的关键节点汇报会议及其他技术质量评审会，提供专业支持，督导技术质量管理工作，参与技术规范、质量流程的监管与制定，积极了解和把握行业发展趋势，配合公司进行市场动向和产品的研发；
3.团队建设，协助进行团队成员考核、制定人才配置计划和人才培养计划，协助制定团队年度计划，并负责相关业务的协调与指导，确保绩效目标的达成，在日常工作中提供专业指导，落实人才梯队培养工作；
4.知识管理，进行项目沉淀和知识积累，定期进行项目分享和项目总结。

岗位要求：
1.具备建筑工程管理相关学历和资质，室内设计及装修相关专业。
2.具备一定现场管理经验及能力，有5年以上房地产建筑或相关行业项目管理经验。
3.能适应短期出差，英语水平能正常交流。

注明：此岗位需外派到装潢设计公司工作，上班地址在普陀区灵石路。
