E-Marketing:
.
? To participate in developing E-marketing strategic plan. Responsible for the operational planning, optimization, project executing and monitoring to PMR digital tool/assets including PMR WeChat public account and internal Apps.
? Support E-Marketing activities, such as marketing communication research and analysis of competition, Digital tool positioning, launch and promotion, media channel distribution and etc.
? Work in close partnership with sales team and product lines in developing and implementing varies E-Marketing activities and leveraging our education and training programs to support market penetration and expansion.
HI&M product line:
? To participate in developing marketing strategic plan for HI&M product line, and support GBU strategies landing to GC. Responsible for tactical and operational planning, organizing, executing and monitoring of marketing plans to achieve both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth.
? Support the HI&M stories development to support existing PMR business.
? Support HI&M assess market potential and identify business growth opportunities
? Work closely with sales team to ensure a close working relationship exists between Medtronic and its key accounts and customers.
? To develop sales team’s technical and business knowledge.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Education and Job Experience
？ Bachelor degree or above education in Medicine clinical or computer science.
？ 5+ years’ experience in marketing, sales or related area
？ 3+ years’ digital marketing management experience in healthcare industry, HIS experience would be a plus.
Skills/Competency Required
？ In depth digital marketing and healthcare industry knowledge
？ Thorough understand of software marketing mechanisms and able to implement them to Medtronic product strategy.
？ Systematic thinking with good project management skill
？ Excellent interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management
？ Passion and self-driven
？ Excellent presentation skill
？ Proficiency in writing, reading, listening and speaking English
