Purpose :
To support Merchandising Manager to maximize the business opportunity and drive the growth in line with the company strategy and achieve the company sales and profitability target in assigned product line.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Build up China range and product selection by implementing the product vision and business plan in assigned product line.
2. Create product assortment for Retail / E-commerce / FRS channel by season.
3. Follow up company pricing strategy and margin standard to set up China retail price.
4. Set up proper launch plan and product flow to meet up with the needs from both retail and franchisees.
5. Conduct product briefing every season to ensure China product requests were adopted to optimize the China range.
6. Responsible for buying of retail/E-commerce channel in assigned product line.
7. By week by season on sales performance tracking and make recommendations to merchandising manager to enhance the sales.
8. Support China convention preparation and product presentation and drive the FRS buy.
9. Work closely with supply chain to ensure on time delivery and right product at right time.
10. Regular market visit and conduct local market trend report, competitor product/pricing report.
11. Support GTM plan together with marketing team on seasonal marketing campaign of product focus.
12. Order management, product data management and order process optimization.
Main skills, competencies and knowledge required :
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Over 5 years proven experience with 1 year at manager level on merchandising with fashion / lifestyle brands and retail companies, ideally in apparel.
3. Relevant China marketing experience preferred.
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written)
5. Good computer skill (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Can work under pressure and with tram spirit.
