1、负责公司行政板块的事物，为公司各个方面的工作提供后勤保障和支持；
2、协助制定行政模块工作计划、梳理行政工作的流程并进行优化；
3、负责公司外联工作，协调与各公司的关系，打造良好企业对外形象；
4、负责重要接待工作的组织协调及执行；
5、较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力；
6、能够熟练运用操作各种办公软件、设备，熟悉行政相关流程；
7、负责其他行政相关工作及领导交办的其他事项。
任职资格
1、能够熟练运用office办公软件，熟悉公文格式和写作，文字功底深厚，有较强的语言表达能力和说服能力；
2、具有较强的文字撰写能力、良好的协调与沟通能力，熟练使用办公软件；
3、正直坦诚，做事认真负责，积极主动，语言表达、协调能力强，有亲和力；
4、熟悉国家相关政策，有较强的职业素养，具有较强的保密意识；
5、3-4年以上相关工作经验；能适应出差者优先。
