职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
？ -deliver courses in both Mandarin and English, such as Presentation Skills, Business Writing, Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Leadership Skills as well as a variety of other management and communication related areas
？ -Consults with client to ascertain and define need or problem area, and then assist in developing and delivering result-oriented training to meet those needs (determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
？ -Bachelors degree a must — MBA, Education or other related masters degrees or certificates a plus
？ -At least 5 years of communication and leadership training required
？ -Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
？ -Excellent presentation and communication skills
？ -Fluent Mandarin and English
？ -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
？ -Most of all, possess the ability to find out what others need to grow and learn and be able to help them meet those needs
？ -Travel to client sites as needed
