主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
? Strategic planning and execution on annual CRM strategy and CRM program, to successfully enhance consumer loyalty and retention rate, as well as to improve prospect acquisition.
o Initiate targeted CRM programs to address important business questions and needs
o Assist National CARE manager in the yearly planning of Customer Care and prospect Care activities
o Source and negotiate co-marketing project with other digital channels to create efficient
o Work closely with CARE, DTC sales, consumer marketing to ensure execution excellence of CRM program over the counter.
? Database management to provide in-depth and business-oriented analysis, and also to facilitate internal team sharing and learning
o Provide monthly tracking and analysis on customer database and develop action plan to maximize business opportunities
o Maintain customer data capture rate at high level
o Manage and monitor performance of CRM agencies.
? Direct marketing calendar plan to effectively support product campaign launch
o Set up the CRM launch plan for national roll-out and lead project team to achieve targets with limited time and budgets
o Provide insightful campaign post evaluation for strategic planning needs
o Consumer communication ROI control
? Consumer loyalty program
o Design and produce consumer club communication tools
o Plan and execute the club gift redemption program
o Monitor and integrate customer database system, call centre with e-commerce;
o Help consumer marketing team to analyse the business and customer status regularly
任职资格Job Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent
? 5+ years of experience operation management, and delivering results in CRM and Program Management role
? Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
? Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
? Software development or related experience
? Data warehouse data mining skills
? CRM marketing or club relationship management experience
? It’s preferred to have experience in consumer goods/FMCG/infant baby goods or chronic care medical device industries
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Fluent in English and Chinese
