职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

- Contact with headhunters for specific recruitment status update
- Handle specific recruitment activities according to the recruitment plan.
- Prepare and coordinate HR sourcing which includes advertisement, job posting, searching firms, employee referrals
- Screen CV and shortlist suitable candidates interview
- Conduct tele-interview, face to face interview and assessment if necessary
- Liaison with recruitment agencies/media, build up good relationship with recruiting vendors and provide best practice solutions to department managers with respect to recruiting
- Review and revise the job profile of each position according to the organization needs
- Support on HR data collection
- Prepares and maintains various HR specialized documentation.
- Coordinate with Business Departments to implement HR SOP and Policy
- Manage employee check in and check out process
- Liaison with FESCO to ensure employee social insurance and Housing fund payment
- Get involved in specific HR program or project.
- Be responsible for daily activity and other HR daily operation work

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 Years or above working experience in recruiting or HR related, familiar with Labor law and other HR related Government regulations
- Responsible and proactive
- Strong communication skill
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- A strong team player.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
