- At least 2 years FC team assist position working experience or similar position and SAP experience is essential
- Good communication skills
- Deep tax and accounting knowledge
- Act systematically and analytically
- Willing to improvement permanently (making proposals for process improvements)
- Proven record of job stability
- Experience in Automotive company would be proper
Job description
1. Accounting
- Purchase Price maintain/incoming invoice bookkeeping after checking the quantity and Price
- Sales price maintain/sales invoice creating VIA SAP and GT
- AR/AP/OR/OP reconciliation
- General Ledger Bookkeeping
- FA management: create/increase/ Change/ Disposition/Depreciation
- Review all the invoices for general expenses
- Document management: Contract/Agreement/PO Etc.
2. Tax
- VAT invoice management
- Tax declaration and payment
3. Treasure
- On time payment to suppliers
- Good Cash forecast
- Oversea payment according to the regulation of SAFE and Tax Bureau
- Bank account reconciliation between SAP and Bank
