SUMMARY
This position is responsible for GP clinical education related events, programs, and trainings for Align Technology in China. Responsibilities fall in below categories but may not be limited to:
? Optimize and manage the SOP of GP clinical education related affairs, including the arrangement of training courses arrangement, academic events management, educational programs management, and daily operation.
? Maintain and upgrade the internal & external online platform, design and execute the project plan for the platforms.
? Write highly creative, engaging and GP doctor insight-driven contents for GP education events.
? Execute educational events and programs by marketing strategy and result orientated.
? Analysis and track the effectiveness of GP education events and programs.
? Help to cultivate speakers and KOLs for GP education, build up the speaker pool and engage the speakers to support GP educational events.
? Support global or regional education team to localize and carry on educational programs and result orientated.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:

? Other duties may be assigned.
? Optimize and manage the SOP of GP clinical education related issues and projects.
? Manage GP clinical education events by marketing strategy and result orientated.
? Track and analysis the effectiveness and customer confidence driven by GP education events, continuously improve the quality of education events and programs.
? Help to cultivate speakers and KOLs for GP education, build up the speaker pool and engage the speakers to support GP educational events.
? Maintain the education platforms and develop new projects to upgrade the current online platforms.
? Effectively execute the GP education budget, including vender screening, expense application and payment processing.
? Full support sales and marketing team and Global/regional educational team to localize and carry on any programs hold at training center.
? Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.

Additional responsibilities:
? Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
? Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

? Have a keen interest in education and a demonstrated ability to learn technical information
? Experienced on SOP optimization and educational event management
? Have the management experience of the online educational & marketing platform, online management tools
? Have strong written skills, good at marketing/commercial contents writing.
? Have good presentation and verbal communication skills
? Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoys building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of medical science or dentistry
5+ years working experience in healthcare or dental industry, special in clinical education or professional marketing.
2+ years project management or equivalent position experience


SKILLS REQUIRED: LANGUAGE SKILLS :

Fluent in English
Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer skills
