In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Senior Project Manager/ Associate Director of Projects position, to work together with whole team to reach these ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager/ Associate Director of Projects is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in all China/ APEC projects. This includes planning, executing and evaluating the construction, engineering and decoration aspects of the project according to predetermined times schedules and budgets. Building and managing an appropriate project team and ensuring quality control and on-site safety throughout project life cycles are also central to this position.
? Supervise and control the overall project management including tendering, construction, material sourcing, contract administration and project budgetary management.
? Oversee the performance of the appointed General Contractor/ Consultant to ensure compliance with the contract and a successful project completion.
? Provide close supervision over the whole process of fitting-out and E&M works, such as carrying out site surveys, reporting any site irregularities, monitoring the performance of contractors and coordinating with different internal & external parties to achieve an agreed scope of works and work schedule.
? Ensure the project is completed within the approved budget, timeline, quality standard as well as complying with all relevant local regulations.
? Build and maintain excellent relationship with all business partners.
? Project management process and documentation development to fit company development
? Monitoring and management government submission in order to complete projects.

Requirements
? Experienced in managing Projects in China and APEC, including HK/Taiwan/Vietnam/ Australia
? University graduate in Architecture / Building or related disciplines
? Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in project management in leading high grade office or restaurant fit outs is preferred.
? Bilingual (Chinese & English) and good overall communicator.
? Has worked with or for international companies.
? Strong Project Management skills.
? Strong character who can issue instructions and orders that people will follow.
? Self-driven and a problem solver.
? Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to a budget.
? Established relationships with General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Government departments & Bureaus.
? Good eye for quality and detail.
? Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
? Competent with required computer skills including appropriate project management software (e.g MS Project, Excel, Word or equivalents etc.)
? Ability to travel as required
? Ability to drive result
