职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Tax & SAFE system
 - VAT Returning (Golden Tax Machine system)
 - ECR returning for export business ("Exempt, Credit, Refund")
 - Coordination and in charge of all the other taxes
 - Coordination and in charge of SAFE
 - Update the record in local authorities, for change of directors etc
 - Good communication with local authorities

2. Handle the reporting
 - Handle financial & accounting and compliance with China GAAP / IAS / IFRS
 - Compliance with local tax and legal requirement
 - Reports to local Statistical authority

3. Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
 - Support to internal/external auditing
 - Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirement:
-Degree in accounting and preferably professional qualification
-At least 5~6 years of relevant working experience within a mutli-national company
-Knowledge in factory operation and cost accounting/controlling
-Hands-on experience in ERP system (e.g. SAP) running
-Excellent command of oral and written English (CET 6)
-High integrity, accountability and analytical compentence
-Good presentation, inter-personal and communication and skills
-Good at Microsoft applications (particularly Excel)
-Good People Management skill
-In-depth understanding of local tax and legal requirements
