职位描述：
The Business Performance Analyst team (BPA) supports senior management on the managing of our Audit Function by providing analysis on performance indicators, and assist in the implementation of strategies.

E&W Audit includes a corporate audit group and a Financial Service Audit group. E&W Corporate audit group has four offices located at SH, HZ, CD and NJ respectively.

Responsibilities

- Assisting the design and review of key management reports to drive the engagement efficiency and improve resource utilisation
- Monitoring the various administration tasks undertaken by the BPA team to support the audit practice
- Communication with different business leaders and other functional departments to coordinate different tasks
- Budget and fee forecast preparation and ongoing result measurement and variance analysis
- Leading a team of supportive staff to prepare and review regular management reports and perform other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

- Over five years working experience, including 2 or 3 years manager experience in Audit / Finance / HR sectors
- Familiar with IBS / CRM / Staff resource management / Retain system
- Strong data analysis skills. Good at Microsoft office (especially Excel), IBS, SharePoint
- Computer science background will be preferred. With CMA or CICPA qualification is a plus
- Be able to work under pressure, and be reliable and accountable
- Logic thinking ability, good at people management skills
- Good oral communication and written skills in English
