职位描述：
Key Job Responsibilities: 
? develop standard operating procedures to provide guidance to Asia
? monitor updates in regulations and changes procedures to implement new laws
? advise functional groups of updates to the regulations and issue guidance on how to comply with them
? ensure accurate ECCN classifications and necessary licenses are in place and are used consistently across operating units
? acts as a subject matter expert for Import/Export regulations for Asia region
? assist in the management of freight forwarders 

Key Job Requirements: 
? Bachelor’s degree in related field
? minimum 5 years of trade compliance management experience in medical device industry 
? hands on experience of establishing or working within an established import/export system
? demonstrate an ability to interpret regulations for intent;
? demonstrate expertise on Chinese and US import/export requirements
