Position overview:
Dubbed as “indoor air quality doctors”, Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) consultants help clients diagnose and solve indoor environmental quality issues. Consultants work with people to identify IEQ concerns, deliver a suitable testing plan to systematically prove/disprove a hypothesis, conduct on-site investigations with specialized equipment and industry-standard analytical techniques, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
? Develop and streamline standard processes for testing and report generation
? Ensure product/service quality and assess how to improve services with customer input
? Assess and evaluate vendors (laboratory, remediation) and products
? Establish consultant performance metrics and deliverables
? Conduct BD with technology and service partners
? Equipment and sensor R&D and procurement
? Research and develop new consultant department offerings
? Hire and Train Consultants
? Provide input into marketing and sales for internal thought leadership
? Lead educational IEQ talks and conference events
? Ensure quality control for consulting services and products -- conduct internal audits

Roles and Responsibility:
? Experience of managing teams both direct and remote
? Authoritative knowledge of the work practices, processes and procedures relevant to the role
? Financial planning, budget, target and P&L
? Growth and new offering planning
? Train Consultants
? Business strategy
? Target and initiate business partnerships
? Working knowledge of the work of others inside and outside relevant to own field of work.
? Proven analytical and problem solving capability

Work hours:
Working hours are typically from 0930-1830, but our company supports a flexible and project-based work schedule; work may entail occasional weekend and overtime work, but if required, will be offset by time off on another workday.
