Key Responsibilities
1 Provide information and administrative support to all aspects of the Sales teams to assist with the efficient and effective coordination of Sales Forecast inputs across all departments in line with agreed timelines, policies and processes.
2 Support the accurate creation and issuing of bespoke quotations and contracts reflecting client needs, clarifying data to support new and renewed contracts in line with Management Systems’ agreed contractual conditions and processes
3 Provide administrative support in areas including the generation and allocation of leads and opportunities for new and existing clients through the contacting of consultants, trade associations and current LR workforce in line with timescales and processes
4 Prioritise, plan and complete client service delivery tasks in line with global and local business requirements. Includes appointment planning, liaising with clients, dealing with complex queries and proactively resolving service issues within agreed deadlines and targets
5 Provide information and administrative support to all Sales teams through effective and efficent document preparation and storage, maintenance of databases eg for contracts, to assist with the coordination on areas including bids, quotations and contracts in line with agreed policies and processes.
6 Provide regular reports and KPI's on Sales and Management Systems performance data and customer feedback for use at management level to assist in initiation of appropriate actions
7 Provide data analysis of sales team performance
8 Provide and supervise sales process management
Technical/Professional Qualifications/Requirements
1 Experience of sales (or a client services environment) ideally involved in supporting lead generation and allocation, also within a management systems environment is preferred
2 Adaptable and well organised with a practical minded approach and the ability to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
3 Skilled use of office software such as Excel, PPT, Word.
4 Experienced in supporting the delivery of sales targets and strategies, building and maintaining commercial and client relationships
5 Knowledge of standard IT programmes and use of databases are essential with experience of systems used and applied within LR / LRQA with relevance to sales preferred
6 Experienced in implementing sales procedures in line with local and global timescales, budgets and procedures
7 Experienced in creating and allocating quotations, contract templates to create value propositions in perspective of client needs and client position preferred
8 Excellent communication skills particularly in English is essential, and the local language of the countries being supported is preferred
9 An assertive approach to problem solving with strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, negotiate, influence and persuade at all levels
