职位描述：

Purpose/目的

To support existing production process able to reach targeted level of quantity, quality and cost.

支持现有生产制造流程，使其达到质量，产量和成本目标

To continuously improve the existing production process in terms of process safety, ergonomic, quality and efficiency

对现有生产制造流程的安全，人机工程，质量和效率持续改进

To provide Method support in new process deployment

对新的生产流程建立提供工艺支持

To assist MV Method Leader by IE expertise

从工业工程专业上辅助中压工艺主管

主要职责/Key responsibility

1. To organize and file the process documentation in accordance with quality system and production.
根据质量体系和生产流程建立和完善生产流程文件

2. To support manufacture engineering (Equipment trouble shooting, safety issue…)
支持制造工程部门（发现和解决设备故障，安全隐患）

3. To support or lead some industrial projects launched in plant
支持或领导工厂发起的工业项目

4. To support MTM (Methods Time Management) implementation in SBMLV (Study + process improvement)
支持MTM在SBMLV的实施

5. To monitor the production capacity based on the order in take and get investment plan base on forecast
根据获得的订单数量跟踪生产产能和制定基于生产预测的投资计划

6. To guarantee the correct set up of process information into SAP (BOM and Routine)
确保SAP中正确的流程信息

7. To continuously take improvement actions of manufacturing engineering base on SPS principle
根据SPS的原则进行制造工程上的持续改进

8. To work together with quality department to improve product quality and reduce MDR
和质量部门一起提高产品质量和减少不合格率

9. To optimize workshop layout base on MPH principle
根据MPH的原则优化生产布局

10. To support and coach Method Engineer by Process design, analysis and improvement with SPS expertise
从生产过程的设计，分析和改善上用SPS的专业知识支持和指导工艺工程师

Rich Method experience on Discrete Manufacturing

Compulsory：Bachelor degree in Engineering, 7~10 years in Methods Process experience

Ideal ： Bachelor degree in IE or Master degree in Engineering, 10 Years in Manufacturing with 2 years in a Managerial position

Age: 32~40 years old is preferred

language skill: Fluent in oral and written English

other requirements:

Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic, able to work under pressure

Good coordinating and organizing skill
