职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. The responsibility for manufacturing engineering in customer program teams
2. Working to guarantee product development with minimum process time and scrap
3. Supporting remote manufacturing locations, during prototype phases if required on site.
4. Acting as the primary interface between customer projects and manufacturing related subprojects (e.g. process engineering, material development)
5. Assures punctual production of prototypes for internal and external customers
6. Help the plants to keep high level of standardization of material, tooling, machines, processes and documentation
7. Participation in P-FMEA sessions
8. Ensure product knowledge transfer to the different plants during the development phase
9. Support a smooth integration of technology/products into mass production.
10. Always check and ensure that the various security measures are in place and at any time check and ensure that their employees’ in-used equipment, tools are secure and reliable
11. Monitor and implement of all EHS regulations and requirement of on-site management, inspection and training and operate
12. In strict accordance with safety operation.
13. To ensure that all EHS records are real completed and effective conserved.
 
任职要求：
1. University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with min 3 years of work experience
2. Fluent English is a must
3. MS office tools and basic database knowledge, SAP basics
4. High awareness of production relevant performance indicators
5. Project management experience, knowledge of manufacturing
6. Experience in an automotive environment is an asset
7. Autonomously work, organizational skills
8. Good analytic skills, contributing to team success, proactive attitude
9. Ability to work in a global environment
