职位描述：
工作职责：

1、公司内部品牌与文化建设：
公司战略、决策与文化的文字性总结；
企业内刊方向与内容策划与撰写，及其他事务性工作；
企业内部战略及文化培训；
公司内部活动策划与组织。

2、公司外部品牌形象建设：
公司网站、微博、微信等品牌出口的维护与更新；
公司内外部新闻稿撰写；
行业及公司媒体资讯监测、收集；
其他事务性工作。

广义工作涉及：
1、根据公司既定品牌发展策略，建立与维护公司品牌定位；
2、配合公司及项目媒介推广策略，进行推广内容的制定；
3、做好集团及分公司员工品牌意识培训；
4、策划或召集举行相关重要会议。

任职资格：
1、中文、新闻、市场营销、经济类、管理类、广告类专业本科以上学历；
2、具备良好的文字功底和出色的文字表达能力，良好的沟通能力和亲和力；
3、具有医药行业背景理论及知识者优先；
