Day to Day Responsibilities:
Process engineer for measurement and inspection process across CDT sites
Support CDT manufacturing sites in China, Japan, US, Korea, and Taiwan
Manage run to standard and governance program
Coordinate the DCR/Tern process for design approval and migration
Define improvement plans and projects for gauges
Interface with QA and PE to define requirements and specifications
Qualify systems modified or installed in expansion or rebuild projects
Define and improve calibration procedures
Utilize contract and MTE resources as needed to manage project workloads
Identify and work to resolve gaps between the plant needs and existing capability.
Coordinate the transfer of technology for new systems to global sites
Manage suppliers to deliver capability and systems on time, establish NDA's/JDA's
Required Education:
BS Engineering degree or above
Minimum of 5 year experience in measurement or inspection field
Required Skills:
Experienced project leader, preferably in the inspection or measurement field
Open and engaging leadership style
Hands on experience with equipment installation
Working knowledge of measurement systems
Strong process, systems and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work among a diverse group
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Ability to travel in China region, up to 50% travel possible
