Job responsibilities:
1. Global lead for the coordination of digital marketing and marketing automation activities, e.g: Google ad words, SEO, salesforce /pardot marketing, social media management;
2. Coordinate the new product launch activities, related to channel, pricing, media;
3. Coordinate with the management and team to build, monitor and improve the marketing process and systems;
4. Support the 3DP industrial user case collection and editing;
5. Support the offline marketing communication activities such as PR,GR, exhibitions;
6. Support the industrial application-related market research and marketing plan development;
6. Support the management team and marketing department on other market strategy and tactics assignments;
Qualification:
1. Academic background in Marketing, business administration or engineering, materials science;
2. 8+ years business experience in industrial application sectors, with minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing, a previous stint in management consulting is an accelerating plus;
3. Familiarity with various marketing aspects, esp. digital marketing, marketing automation, new product launch, marketing excellence;
4. Good communication and coordination skills, ease at building relationship and team work;
5. English and Chinese fluency in both oral and writing, cross cultural sensitivity;
6. Fast learning, structural and critical thinker, comfort in dealing with the ambiguity and complexity, strong willingness to seek insight and solve problem;
7. Passionate with the company mission to re-imagine the traditional manufacturing by providing the best 3D printing experience;
