职位描述：
工作职责：
1.依据公司战略目标，负责投融资业务及方案的设计与执行；
2.根据公司发展需要，寻找相应资金及项目；
3.从财务及法律角度预测并评估投融资可能存在的风险，制订应急措施，尽量减少公司的损失；
4.监督投融资项目的执行情况，对已完成的投融资工作负责进行后续监控、分析、评估、管理；
5.建立与金融机构、投资机构、中介机构、合作伙伴等良好的沟通关系。

任职资格：
1、具有金融、投资、财务、法律或经济学等相关专业研究生及以上学历；
2、具有5年以上投资，投行，信托等相关工作经历，资源、背景条件优越者 ，可适当放宽条件；具备项目开拓经验，优先考虑拥有资金渠道、项目渠道、深厚背景资源的候选人；
3、熟悉投资行业发展状况及投资机会；熟悉股权、不动产或实业投资；具备至少3年以上团队管理经验和出色的项目管理能力；
4、熟悉投资、投行业务政策法规，掌握投资业务相关工作方法和评估方法；具有丰富的金融专业知识，良好的财务分析能力、风险控制能力；具备资源整合能力、项目拓展能力和资金募集能力；
5、 精通投资业务流程，包括但不限于私募基金注册备案、募集、运作、投资、管理等；
6、具备特许金融分析师（ CFA）、证券从业资格、注册会计师（ CPA）、通过司法考试者，优先考虑。
7、工作责任心强，目标导向明确；有较强的沟通协调能力、对外谈判能力和领导能力；能够承受较大工作和业绩压力。 举报 分享
