Operations and Customer Relationship Manager
运营及客户经理
Basefit (Sanlitun + Chaoyangmen)
贝斯特健身房(三里屯+朝阳门)
Compensation: 7000RMB + Insurance + Accommodation + 2 meals a day + Free Gym
工资:7000RMB + 保险 + 住宿 + 一日两餐 + 免费健身房
Working Hours: 2pm-10pm (5 or 6 days a week)
工作时间:2pm-10pm(一日5到6天)
Responsibilities:

Ensure operations of the gym runs smoothly and provide a clean, safe, enjoyable environment for all customers and gym members
确保健身房运营顺利,并且为所有顾客及健身房成员提供一个干净,安全,令人愉悦的环境。
Manage and adjust bookings and all communications with existing and potential clients (phone calls, wechat, messages)
管理和调整预约以及所有现有的和可能的客户沟通(电话,微信,短信)
Manage and monitor sales and membership purchases
管理并监护销售以及会员购买
Actively engage with the community and existing members, collecting feedback and answering customer queries. Fostering a positive community.
积极与社区及现有的会员互动,收集反馈并且答复顾客请求。建立一个积极的社区环境。
Managing front desk duties and general operational admin tasks
管理前台工作以及整体的运营行政任务
Requirements:
Outgoing personality
Native Chinese
Can communicate and answer questions in English
Willingness to work evenings and some weekends (for events)
Friendly, enthusiastic and enjoys fitness
Understands the elements of operations of a fitness studio and understands the branding of fitness.
Great communication skills
