Essential Functions
工作职责
汇总、统计销售数据，按要求整理汇总成销售报告
Collect & Consolidate the sales data as requirement.
按照公司的操作规程，协助销售团队对各类费用、样品、促销品等管理
Support to manage the sales team's expense, sales activity, sample and POP.
协助销售团队对客户档案文件的管理
Filing and collecting required documents regarding to the sales team.
协助销售团队处理销售日常工作文件
Handling paper work and other administration work for the sales team.
协调与其他部门之间的工作，处理其他有关行政支持工作
Coordinate between the sales team and other departments within the company.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
任职要求
2年以上相关经验；
More than 2-years working experience
具有本科学历，熟悉操作电脑，熟练运用word、excel等办公软件；
Skilled in Word & Excel and other computer operation. Bachelor Degree
有较强的逻辑思维能力，数据处理能力；
Be logical and strong in process data.
工作态度细致、踏实、领悟性强，能承受工作压力；
Willing to work under pressure and be carefull and smart during working
沟通能力强，具有团队合作精神；
Teamwork spirit and be a good coordinator within a team
英文听、说、写流利。
