职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Partnership with functional leaders to understand business priorities, translate into HR
initiatives and drive the implementation to support business growth
2. Initiate and deploy HR programs (Employee Engagement Survey, Job Grading and Salary structure, Performance Appraisal and Incentive scheme, People Development and Retention etc.) to drive competency improvement and employee engagement
3. Work with HR functional teams to drive the HR regular operations timely and efficiently
4. Work with HR SSC to make sure HR data accuracy and related HR process
5. Other HR tasks assigned by Line Manager and Host Manager
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years HRBP experience in multinational companies , prefer to be mostly in pharmaceutical industries.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willing to support and help.
3. Business oriented, result driven, passionate and proactive, willing to learn and drive.
4. Proficient in oral and written English.
5. Accountable, like to take ownership.
6.Good commitment, high efficiency and accuracy and always deliver quality result
