职位描述：
Responsibilities
 - Engages in business development activities, develops client relationships, leads/coordinates proposal preparation and makes presentations
- Prepares design and construction document with a sensitivity to design and ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations 
- Negotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties
- Serves as the main contributor during client meetings and presentations
- Facilitates project scheduling
- Produces and develops technical and design studies and solutions including detailing, quality control and overseeing drawing support staff
- Provides technical guidance to junior staff    

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 4-8 years of project management experience
- Recognized experience in design, technical coordination and/or management preferred
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent graphic representation
- Effective team player and project coordination skills
- Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
- Effective problem solving and ability to interface with all clients and employees
- Sketch-Up, Photoshop, InDesign are preferred
