职位描述：
1. 通过提供高水准食品和富有创意的菜单,来赢得客户的尊崇和就餐人员的高满意度。
2. 负责管理餐厅厨房的整体运作,并确保餐厅管理的卫生安全清洁能够达到公司和客户的标准。
3. 及时给予员工培训和指导，监督食品的准备和出品达到客户要求。
4. 在餐厅服务和团队管理中体现信任、正直、尊重团队和服务促进理想的企业文化。
5. 确保利用正确的储存方法，避免食品浪费从而控制成本
6. 有计划的控制每周菜单成本，加强成本预算，保证供求不脱销


 
任职要求：
1. 有餐饮行业中餐工作6年以上经验，具备星级酒店厨师长经验，有员工餐经验的优先
2. 熟悉中餐菜式，熟悉多种中华菜系烹饪方式，有大型企业团餐经验优先考虑
3. 良好的执行力和领导力，较丰富的团队管理经验，有领导厨房团队的经验
4. 具备创新思想和战略眼光，能够开发新式食品并不断发展新菜单，并能精确控制成本。
5. 有较强的沟通和表达能力，以及成本控制能力
6. 对食品和客户服务保持高度热情
7. 有责任心，无不良嗜好，能吃苦耐劳
