职位描述：
1. 根据公司业务发展、加盟商的需要，完成团队店铺开发指标，选择合适门店地址
2. 每月寻找20个门店地址
3. 10个门店地址通过店面开发的审批
4. 每月签订3个门店地址
5. 分析区域市场情况，并制定网点拓展计划
6. 定期向上级汇报沟通新店计划，确保地区新店的开发进度及定期回顾
7. 与业主及公司法务确认租赁合同等流程并执行合同签约
8. 完成上级领导安排的临时工作
9. 如果公司今后发展需要，可以出差
10. 公司领导安排的其他工作


任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，2年以上零售行业拓店经验
2. 吃苦耐劳，善于学习，有责任心，有团队合作精神
3. 性格开朗，善于沟通，具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及分析问题、解决问题的能力
4. 熟练使用办公软件ppt、word、excel


Reports to Property Developer

Responsibilities:

Find suitable store locations according to requirements of business, company and franchisee, understand needs and requirement of each, minimum of the below:
1. 20 locations per month
2. 10 locations that are approved by property developer
3. 3 signed locations per month
4. Analyze the regional market situation, and make the network development plan
5. Regular reporting to the superior new store planning, to ensure the development of local new stores and regular review
6. With the landlord and the company legal confirmation of leasing contracts and other processes and the implementation of contract signing
7. Finish the temporary work arranged by the superior leader.
8. If the company's future development needs, can travel.
9. And any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements：
1. College education, more than 2 years’ experience in retail industry extension shops
2. Hard-working, good at learning, a sense of responsibility, team work spirit
3. Cheerful personality, good at communication, with strong organization, coordination, communication skills and analysis of problems, problem-solving skills
