Logistic operative support:
Directly carry out the logistics operative activities related to the assigned area, such as:
. regularly review the planned assignment on the basis
  of the local market needs and of the stock situation,
  while managing and reporting the problems and the
  exceptions (import/export flows)
. assure at local level the right delivery and shipping
  process, interacting with the 3PL and the
  hauliers/transporters when necessary in order to join
  the expected service level (export/domestic flows)
. management of the product return
Keep under track the product availability and the quality of the stock in the warehouses
When necessary, cooperate with the local contact centre for the issues related to the final customers' order management
Support the Manager in every activity related to the logistic projects assigned
Reporting
Monitor the level of the 3PL and service providers' performances in order to assure the respect of the defined KPI's and of the agreement/contract conditions
Issue the periodical logistics reports and carry out analysis about the KPI's trends

Requirements:

Doctor Degree, major in supply chain or management;

1 year+ related working experience is preferred

Good command of written and oral English;

Able to timely respect of deadlines, solve problems and deal with pressure

Soft Skills: Team Work, Communication Skills, Ability to build trust and strong Cross-Functional relationship across an organizational to achieve common goals.

Hard Skill: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Knowledge of SAP is a Plus
