工作范围 The scope of work
Work with cross-function team, to improve the perceive quality of corporate vehicles and then the competi-tiveness in premium segment.
主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
1. Perceive quality benchmarking on competitors’ vehicles.
2. Set up corporate perceive quality requirements in line with the product definition from Product Planning in the very beginning of vehicle program
3. Cascade the perceive quality requirements to downstream departments, like CQA (Customer Quality Audit).
4. At each product development phase, including styling design/CMF definition, to identify the perceive quality is-sues/concerns via virtual CAD check, review and audit in physical vehicles.
5. Push the responsible team (mainly designer and product engineer) to response to the perceive quality is-sues/concerns.
6. Overall management and track the perceive quality issues
7. Report the progress & status to vehicle engineering management and corporate executives on a regular basis.
8. Compile the best practices and lessons learned of perceive quality for future vehicle programs.
9. Set up perceive quality development and assessment process.
10. Mainly focus on the perceive quality work of Interior & EE products in passenger cabin.

任职要求 Qualifications
1. 基本要求Basic Qualification
1.1 教育程度 Education: Bachelor or above.
1.2 工作经验 Work Experience:
- 6+ year experience in OEM
- Be familiar with perceive quality development and assessment process.
- Be familiar with interior products
1.3 英文（书面及口语）English(Written & Oral): Fluent.
1.4 计算机能力 Computer Skills: CATIA, Microsoft toolset (PPT, Excel...)
2. 其他要求 Other Requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork spirit
