Responsibilities
1. Responsible for leading the team through the membership market research and analysis, planning and allocation of resources to develop new markets;
2. Assist in the development of higher annual, quarterly, monthly marketing plan, and develop reasonable indicators of individual tasks according to each person's capacity; the establishment of membership consultant personal monthly sales target; and complete breakthrough business indicators;
3. Monitoring, and deep analyzing of the data in the system, follow up, evaluation of data to determine a valid solution and data-backed marketing plan
5. Follow-up training on the skills of all sales coordinators, and monitor whether they are accurate in accordance with the company's policy and training/ on-boarding steps;
6. Responsible for the daily department meetings, records of employee’s daily work, and follow-up evaluation for actual sales in the sales department;
7. Responsible for understanding the depart’s psychological quality, adjust its attitude and foster the membership consultant team spirit, encourage sales team enthusiasm and momentum;
8. Assist HR in sales coordinate behavioral assessment, and propose upgrade for its performance, make the changes necessary and add value with any other recommendations;
9. Recruit consultants to participate in membership, after the interviews, provide recommendations to the g,;
10. Arranging the sales coordinates working hours and schedule time;
11. Remain cross-functional while still driving market research, analysis and forecasting, market information collection, cooperations and feedback;
12. Responsible for handling sales service work, handling customer complaints, and improving business reputation.
